In addition to these basic services, most of our products also include a free, personalized telephone "walk-thorough" with a user at your site.

Our unique "Walk-Through" service will ensure the software is installed correctly on your computer or network. After the software is running properly, our friendly support staff will review the basic features of the program with you over the phone and answer any questions you may have. In the past, our customers have told us that the walk-through service helped them avoid all the guessing and frustration that normally accompanies learning to use a new computer program.

To build upon our commitment to providing the highest level of support possible, we are currently completing a private support website for our customers. In addition to offering many help resources like a searchable help knowledge base and FAQ list, this site will also serve as a hub for discussions between the AMS team and our customers on any number of topics like usage "tips and tricks" and ways to improve future releases of our software.
